Review of Samsung 40 Inch TV This product was simple to install and picture is great. I have no negative comments except there is a loud snap sometimes when changing channels.
Excellent Alternative This is a superior value to the A650 or the A750 Series by Samsung. If you are considering the extra expense for the next size larger, you will fined this a better choice. I recommend it highly.
Overall good stuff The tv is is at great price, but when it arrived, the tv was completely broken. The screen was busted out, the base was shattered, it looked like they stood an elephant on the box before delivering it. Obviously, it was aggravating, but the phone call to replace it took about 5 minutes and was painless. The only problem was they don't have expedited shipping on tv's so I had to wait another week. Then replacement arrived on time and seems to work great. The tv is lovely, just wish it would've arrived like... more info
Good TV, bad Service The TV is fine. Not as great as some of the reviewers here say, but the picture is decent. But be careful when buying from Amazon. I bought the TV on December 12. A day later the price dropped by a $100. I wasn't worried, because Amazon used to refund the difference if they discounted an item a few days after you bought it. But when I asked for such a refund, I found out they secretly canceled that policy sometime in September, and wouldn't budge. I used to just go to Amazon whenever I need something, and... more info
