This model filter does a better job filtering the bad taste out of our local city water. Only will use this model filter because of that.
5 days since order and the item hasn't been shipped yet! 
It should not take this long to ship an item that should be available off the shelf. It is ridiculous that I am not allowed to even cancel the order and get the product some place else.
