Calories in/Calories out Just buy it. Unbelieveable amount of information, all useful. Remember weight loss is nothing but counting calories. This book is a big help. I highly recommend it, especially at the price it sells for.
Great for road trips This is a colorful, easy to read reference. The best one I've ever seen. Not only does it have tons of items you'd use everyday, but great restaurant guides. This would come in very handy on road trips too.
