This book gives calorie, fat and carb counts not only for home-cooked foods but for restaurant favorites. It's a handy size to take with you, and is very helpful!

good reference book for dieter's. I originally got this book from my doctor, but lost my first copy and ordered it really cheap on Amazon!
Excellent resource.
This book is an excellent resource. It lists calories and carb counts for everything from raw foods to fast foods. My son w/ diabetes counts on it. We bought several copies (some older issues just for backup): 1 for each car, 1 for the kitchen, 1 for him to carry with him.
