Finally! A Food Journal that I actually use! 
I keep hearing that recording what you eat is essential to figuring out how many calories you're really ingesting. Well, it was a shocker when I started recording. (YIKES!) I love this journal and actually use it to record calories, protein, fiber, fat and carbohydrates. There's a place for before and after pictures and measurements as well. Great for recording food 
I have been buying this since starting on a new lifestyle to get fit and healthy. It is perfect for recording everything I eat and drink. I can also record my daily exercise and make notes about the day.
